You can update your shipping frequency at any time through your subscription dashboard. Please note that changes made after an order has already been processed will apply to your following billing cycle; they won't affect an order that's already been placed.

Absolutely. We understand life gets busy or your routine may change. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months via your subscription dashboard. No cancellation needed. Simply select a resume date and we'll pick up right where you left off.Please note you will lose your access to The Whole Health Hub if you pause or cancel your subscription.
You can cancel anytime through your subscription dashboard, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your next auto-renewal date. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the following cycle. Yes, you can update your delivery address at any time in your subscription dashboard. If your next order is processing soon, please update your address as early as possible to ensure it reaches the right place. If you've already received a shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@wholehealthstudio.com.au and we'll do our best to redirect it.
Subscription orders are already priced at a discounted rate compared to one time purchases, which is why standard promo codes can't be stacked on top. Keep an eye out for our exclusive promotions for subscribers or we recommend temporarily postponing your auto-renewal to take advantage of those deals on a one-time order instead. Please note you will lose your access to The Whole Health Hub if you pause or cancel your subscription.
In the rare case that your subscribed product is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you via email before your order date. You'll have the option to swap to an alternative product, delay your shipment, or wait until it's back in stock whichever works best for you. We'll never charge you for an order we can't fulfil.
You’ll have access to all content within the Whole Health Hub for the duration of your subscription. As long as you have an active subscription you’ll be able to access the content.
