Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products due to change on mind.

For Australian orders, under the Consumer Law, Whole Health Studio will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

• The product is damaged, or

• The product is faulty, and

• You can present your proof of purchase.

If you present with one of the above, please contact hello@wholehealthstudio.com.au to coordinate the return.

Please note that the customer will be sole party responsible for any return fees associated. Whole Health Studio is not responsible the cost of the return.

Once you have spoken with our team, please note it is a requirement to share the tracking number to ensure the package arrives back at the warehouse before the cost of your return is received.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined in ‘Returns’ and then place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange.
