I started taking these vitamins before Christmas, paired with the Preconception, Pregnancy and Breastfeeding vitamins in the hopes of becoming pregnant for the first time in 2025. After coming off the pill AND implanon, I was scared that my cycle would be all over the place, my skin would break out and I’d have all sorts of crazy pms symptoms. I can honestly say, I truly believe these vitamins are supporting my body and hormones in the best way possible. My period has come RIGHT on time twice now since stopping birth control with no pms symptoms. My skin isn’t breaking out. I just feel good taking these. My hormones are happy. Loving the products so far. Have only been using about 3 weeks now. Did notice a difference to level of discomfort to my last cycle, didn’t experience any migraines and only had minimal cramping. It’s too early to tell if this will be a consistent outcome but will definitely keep using the Balance Hormonal support to see how my cycle improves over the next few months :)

Only product I have found to help alleviate my teenage daughters painful heavy irregular periods (every 2 weeks) and help control her skin breakouts. Her cycles are less painful not as heavy and now regular. Has only been taking this product consistently for 2 months and already can see a significant difference.

If I could bottle up one thing from my postpartum journey and recommend it to every new mum, it would be this. After my first baby, the hormonal crash absolutely floored me.
