Adults take x2 capsules daily with water, or as directed by your health professional.
Do not use if tamper evident seals are broken or missing. Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
